We also assist our clients in developing and implementation of their HR strategy and policy. We deal with employment issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including post-integration phase. We provide a service to businesses operating in Lithuania which wish to employ foreign nationals. We advise on obtaining permits allowing employees to stay and work in Lithuania.
